Full-service machining
From sample evaluation and process validation to batch delivery — we lay out every step of the rhythm openly so you always have room to decide.
01
Custom metal CNC machining
Focused on custom metal CNC machining. Cosmetic parts, structural parts, precision housings, and heat-sink cavities all have proven process routes and finished-part validation behind them.
02
Multi-axis machining
Integrated 3-axis, 3+1 4-axis, and 3+2 5-axis capability so complex surfaces and multi-face geometries are finished in a single setup — eliminating the tolerance drift that stacks up across repeated clampings.
03
Non-standard customisation and rapid prototyping
From drawing review through process planning, our engineers surface critical milestones and risks up front. Most sample parts land within 3-7 days so your validation schedule never waits on the shop floor.
04
Integrated surface finishing
Eleven in-house finishing processes — anodising, hard anodising, electroless nickel, blackening, nitriding, hard chrome plating, and more — coordinated so you work with a single team from prototype to production.

| Material | Precision profile | Recommended use |
|---|---|---|
| 6061 / 7075 aluminum, including T6 grades | Lightweight + high precision | Aerospace structures, heat-sink housings, complex enclosures |
| 304 / 316L stainless steel | Corrosion resistant + high strength | Drive parts, valve bodies, medical devices, and exposed functional components |
| 45# / carbon steel | Cost-balanced + load stable | Support structures, fixtures, and industrial base components |
| Alloy steel / copper alloy | Specialty customisation | Worm shafts, thermal components, custom lead screws, and specialty transmission parts |
How we work
Dropping the drawing onto a machine is never the end of our job. Four key checkpoints stay visible to you, and every step runs on the same rhythm.
Requirement intake
Engineers join the very first conversation — drawings, application context, acceptance criteria, and delivery rhythm are all aligned in one go.
Process review
We build the CNC route around material, tolerance, and finishing needs — exposing every critical step and co-validating the fixture plan with you.
Machining and finishing
Custom metal CNC machining remains the backbone, while the eleven finishing processes stay in-house — no time wasted coordinating across vendors.
QC and delivery
First-article CMM inspection and batch sampling protect critical dimensions with traceable data, paired with standardised protective packaging and on-time dispatch.
Industry applications
These six industry directions are where we work most often — and where our depth of process and steadiness of delivery speak clearest.

Automation equipment
Frames, guide rails, transmission parts — the last thing an automation line needs is a delivery hiccup. We pre-empt every break point between sample validation and volume so your assembly schedule stays on rails.

Industrial equipment
Valve bodies, mounting bases, sleeves, and transmission parts need reliable assembly and repeatable batches. We plan structure, material, and finishing together to reduce downstream rework.

Medical devices
In medical devices there is no room for data gaps — we treat tolerance stability and inspection traceability with equal weight, shipping every sleeve and structural part with an auditable QC trail.

Aerospace
Aerospace-grade 7075-T6 structures are hard precisely because lightweight design, tight precision, and surface consistency must hold at the same time — exactly where our years of 5-axis experience pay off.

5G base station parts
5G infrastructure pushes precision cavities, lead screws, and guide parts far beyond standard expectations — we protect mounting accuracy, thermal stability, and structural rigidity from the design review stage onward.

Automotive mold & die
For automotive molds and gearbox companion parts, hole layout, secondary machining, and final finishing are planned together from the start — so the back end never slips into rework.
FAQ
Custom machining, supported materials, lead-time rhythm — the questions clients ask most before getting started, all answered here.
Absolutely. Send 2D or 3D drawings and our engineering team will respond with a process plan, indicative quotation direction, and a flagged risk list for your review.
Eleven finishing services run in-house: anodising, hard anodising, electroless nickel, sandblasting, polishing, blackening, nitriding, nickel/zinc plating, hard chrome plating, and powder coating — supporting both functional and cosmetic needs at once.
Beyond 6061 / 7075 aluminum (including T6), we also support 304 / 316L stainless steel, 45# carbon steel, alloy steel, and copper alloys. Typical parts include structures, housings, sleeves, lead screws, impellers, and guide parts.
Ideally share drawings with critical tolerances, material grade, finishing needs, quantity and target delivery, plus application context and acceptance criteria. The more complete the brief, the tighter our evaluation and quote.
Most samples are prototyped in 3-7 days and batch orders typically run 10-20 days. Actual timing is confirmed with you based on drawing complexity, process route, finishing needs, and order volume.
